Some smoke shops carry CBD products alongside their usual range. Rules for these products vary by state and county, and a shop can carry them without being a cannabis dispensary. Every smoke shop here has CBD in its name or category, or names it on its own website.

Good to know
Is CBD the same as cannabis?
No. CBD is one compound found in the hemp and cannabis plants, and CBD shops are not dispensaries. Legal status varies by state and county.
Can I ask for lab results?
Many reputable sellers can show third-party test reports. Ask the shop at the counter.
